The company successfully developed a series of highly difficult filler plate products for papermaking equipment in May 2023, and climbed to another peak in the development of highly difficult products in terms of technology and production strength.

The outline size of this series of products is 270×210×21mm, with 113 convex plates of different lengths, the thickness of the convex plate is only 1.2mm, the height is 10mm, and the maximum length reaches 210mm; there are 100 narrow slots of different lengths: the width of the slot is only 2.2mm, the depth of the slot is 10mm, and the longest slot reaches 210mm. exceeded the limit of conventional investment casting process, which made casting extremely difficult and challenging.

The customer tried to develop this series of products in many other foundries without success, and finally awarded it to Giayoung.

The company's technical team fully identified the potential failure modes of each process, such as mold making, wax pressing, shell making, pouring, cleaning, heat treatment, calibration, etc. after careful analysis and discussion, formulated practical preventive measures, designed precise process plans and parameters, refined the operation steps of each process, and strengthened the training and guidance of operators. All the samples of the first round of trial production turned out qualified and delivered on schedule in the end.

The success of the first round of this series of products has won the customer's high confidence in Giayoung’s technical capability and strengthened the depth of cooperation between the two sides. It also provides a strong technical support for the undertaking of similar difficult products, and further strengthens the foundation for market development.
